History calls him Vlad Dracula. The blood calls him Vladekhul Drakarthan—Blood of the Blade, Bearer of the Dragon Mark. And beneath even that, the marrow whispers an older title: Dracul — the Dragon.

Printed at 5 × 3.5 inches, this card is issued in a limited edition of 150, distinguished by a gold-foiled Velkhara sigil on the front. This edition is never to be printed again.
