This sigil was issued at the opening of the Archive.

Only twenty were struck.

They were not produced to commemorate, promote, or reward.
They were produced to mark precedence—those who stood before the record was complete.

The sigil is die-struck metal with antique copper plating, pressed under force rather than cast, ensuring uniformity, weight, and permanence. The image is not applied. It is impressed.

The crest bears the Velkhara covenant in full:

The crescent — dominion over night and blood.
The star — order imposed without appeal.
The three impaled — the sacrifice through which law endures.

This is not an emblem of allegiance.
It is a declaration of arrival.
