This card bears the likeness of Ulzakar of the Velkhara Brood, whose dominion is permanence imposed upon the living world.

The blood records him as the voice of buried flame, who speaks what law compels others to forget.

Printed at 5 × 3.5 inches, this card is issued in a limited edition of 150, distinguished by a gold-foiled Velkhara sigil on the front. This gold edition is never to be printed again.
