Prophecy Card (Instrument of Record)

The Prophecy Card preserves a declaration set down in Zarveth, the tongue beneath language, without commentary or embellishment. The text is presented as it was received—unaltered, unsoftened, and uncorrected. 

The prophecy itself appears on the primary document, rendered entirely in Zarveth and silver-foiled, sealed with wax at the lower edge and authenticated by Dracula’s signature and the Velkhara seal.

A separate translation sheet is included, recovered and rendered into the tongue of men by the hand of the Zakar’meth. This translation is provided as record, not explanation. No claim of safety or completeness is made.

Issued as part of the Instruments of Record, alongside genealogical certifications and sealed attestations. Availability is controlled. The text is not revised between impressions.
